	Enclosed is our literature on our computer controlled  manipulator
systems designed  for  automation  research. These  small,  all  electric,
manipulators are intended for small part assembly, fastening and  handling
operations either individually or in groups as part of a totally automated
operation.
	
	At the present time we do not have any sales representatives, but
at the end of this month,  Vicarm will be merging with  Unimation,
Inc. of Danbury,  Conn.  With  this merger  we will  be able  to offer  an
industrialized version of  our system with  excellent service and  support
